Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian pastor, TV host as well as an author. He is the president of Believers’ LoveWorld Inc. also known by Christ Embassy International.

Chris Oyakhilome Background

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (or Chris Oyakhilome) was born on December 7, 1973 and was the son of Tim Oyakhilome as the first child. After his secondary and primary schooling, he enrolled in Ambrose Alli University (AAU), Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria where he obtained the BSc in Architecture.

AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He also has an honorary Doctor of Science degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was once married to Anita Obhodaghe, and they are blessed with two children.

While still in AAU, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was in the AAU student program. He began his journey into ministry while still in AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was then known as Youths For Christ.

YFC grew quickly and was the largest campus-based group. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is home to the headquarters of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global ministry that has millions and associates around the world.

Through the 2002 atmosphere of the miracles show, BLW became Africa’s most prominent Christian ministry. They stopped airing this programme in May 2004 after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles shouldn’t be allowed to continue by churches.

Pastor Chris’s Ministry includes four branches that include publishing ministry; healing ministry; television ministry; and the teaching ministry. It is from those ministries that he pulled out the healing school, the atmosphere for miracles, and Pastor Chris live prayer network.

The Future Africa Leaders Foundation is an initiative that was created to study and develop the leadership potentials of Africans. The foundation supports and celebrates youngsters Africans who have displayed the qualities of a leader by making a positive impact within their generation. It does this through education, youth empowerment, and mentoring.

The foundation recognizes the achievements of the young leaders with an awards ceremony, The Future African Leaders Awards. This ceremony is held at the LoveWorld Convocation Arena(LCA) Billings Way Oregun Ikeja. The award is presented to the winners by the president of BLW – Reverend Chris Oyakhilome.

The InnerCity Mission is a faith-based non-governmental Organisation (NGO). In 2005 the organization was founded to assist the poor, destitute, orphaned, and vulnerable children of .

Through participatory and sustainable programs, the foundation assists these families and children in need. This includes child development programmes for childcare, strengthening family programmes and InnerCity Mission for Children School.

Trauma Care International Foundation

The TraumaCare International Foundation was established to improve the quality of life and health for communities in the area. Chris Oyakhilome Family They also provide better emergency response when there is an emergency or accident. This foundation will help support the national policies for trauma treatment by providing them through advocacy as well as health education and community-based programs.

Over a thousand hours of training in emergency and safety have been given by the foundation. It is said that they were able to train thousands of school pupils and law enforcement personnel as well as teachers, caregivers and road transport workers.

Volunteer Medical Corps

The Volunteer Medical Corps provides humanitarian aid to refugees and internally displaced persons in nations that have been affected or are in danger of being destroyed by human or natural catastrophes.

The outreach team includes paramedics, students, and Christian workers from all over the world. These volunteers provide emergency medical care, relief assistance, and sustainable health-care solutions for those in crisis.

Chris Oyakhilome VMC also provides services, such as health services to underserved areas and education for health workers in the community. VMC is available to all with the goal of improving health and providing humanitarian assistance to the most vulnerable.

Bible For All Nation

Bible For All Mission is an christian non-profit organisation that is dedicated to the production, distribution, and global distribution of the Bible for all generations and genders, in the language and format they can understand. The outreach is helping people understand the Bible’s word and its life-changing message.

BFAM has distributed hundreds of thousands of free copies of Rhapsody Bible in communities, prisons, hospitals, as well as other institutions across the globe which includes South Africa, Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. Through a network of Bible-related sponsors and volunteers around the world, this outreach was feasible.
