    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome was the first child of the Oyakhilome family and was born on 7 December 1973 to Tim Oyakhilome. He completed his primary and secondary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.

    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome entered into ministry while he was still a student at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld Fellowship (now Believers LoveWorld Incorporated) was at the time known as Youths For Christ.

    YFC was growing, and eventually became the biggest campus organization. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. The church’s headquarters is in Lagos. Believer’s LoveWorld is a global organization with millions of associates around the world.

    Through its 2002 environment for miracles show, BLW was the most popular Christian broadcasting channel in Africa. The program was canceled in May of 2004, when the then President of Nigeria – President Olusegun Obasanjo announced that churches should not air miracles on TV.

    Pastor Chris’s Ministry has four arms including publishing ministry to heal and teaching for television, and a television ministry for TV ministry. He has also created the Pastor Chris Live Global Prayer Network, an environment that encourages miracles and an healing school.
