    Amazon is today putting the finishing touches on its first phone that is scheduled to be unveiled within hours by its boss Jeff Bezos.

    It is believed the device will make use of retina-tracking technology that makes images on the display appear to ‘float above the screen’ like holograms and appear three-dimensional at all angles.’

    AT&T will be the first carrier to offer the handset in the US in a deal that is similar to the launch of the original iPhone.

    The much-hyped holophone from Amazon is expected to be announced on June 18. On Wednesday, Amazon released an teaser video that shows people’s reactions to the handset.
